I find it very hard to get layouts uploaded today.They are taking forever and then it just times out. I am not having trouble with other sites .. just this one. What's up?

Not sure what happened today, but I do know that Amy has been checking into this. Do you remember the exact time that it happened?

Normally, as long as your image is 500x500 pixels, and less than 125kb, you won't have problems. If I have tons of credits to add, I will make the kb size smaller to ensure the upload stays withing the limits.

The time was around 3:00 pm. I finally got it to upload after 4 tries. This was not the first time I have had this problem here.
I keep my files under 100k at 500x500 pixels.
Could there be a slow upload if lots of other members are trying to upload at the same time?
Anyway I appreciate you answering me. Thank you

6:15 pm and I once again have tried to upload to Brenda Kempf's sketch challenge gallery. No can do... after 10 tries I gave up Maybe I'll try early in the morning. Fewer scrappers online then. ???

Hi Jane, I'm not quite sure what the issue might be.... I'll try checking into it for you - is anyone else having problems today at all?

Also Jane did it only start for you today? Have you tried rebooting your computer? clearing out cache files, etc.?

Sometimes I've heard some people have better success if they ONLY u/l their LO int he 1st screen and then copy and paste all the credit info in the 2nd screen.
