not sure where to go from here

Hello all. I am not a complainer, but I am a scrapbooker who would like some customer service here. I have emailed customer service each day this week ( this is Friday) and I get an auto reply that I will be contacted in 24 hours, although sbb advertises it is open through the week! I received one response from a real person on Monday stating she would check on my problem and get back with me when she heard. That's been 4 days ago. I also called a customer service number this morning, had to leave a message, and still no response. I guess I will go the weekend again with no one to help me.
My problem is, I placed two orders with SBB , one was three weeks ago, the other was 10 days ago. I requested CD burning service on each order and have yet to receive them. As a fellow scrapbooker you should know that waiting this long for a kit is next to torture.
I am writing on the forum with the hope of getting a live body to give me direction. Yes, my orders are paid for. I have dial-up service, high speed not avail in my rural area. Very frustrated.
I will probably feel really bad about all this complaining when I post this thread. I just wish someone would give me the status of my order.

I am sorry that I have not responded back to you yet... I have not heard back from the CD department yet, I will call them today (instead of emailing them) and get an answer for you. I am very sorry.. I was not ignoring you, but I have been waiting too

hang in terhe.. the 24 reply messaages are all software generated so that tiemframe is sort of a guideline and not the rule. Good luck with your softarea..

I've had terrible customer service as well. Very similar situation. Nobody ever got back to me...I just got a refund for the $5. I requested them to reactivate the download keys because I'm tired of waiting...and they reactived the wrong ones. I'm not sure what else to do either. I planned on trying to call on the telephone on Monday...I've tried to be very patient, but it's getting rather ridiculous. I didn't exactly spend a small amount of money either...and am sad, because my wishlist in this store is huge! Now I'm afraid to buy from them again.

Feeling you in your frustration...

Wendy.. sorry you're feeling frustrated. Hang in there, this is a good place to be at and buy gorgeous goodies! I know that they were having some problems with software in the forums and galleries last week, so this might be affecting the customer service as they were busy working on getting those back up and running!!
