not sure where to go from here
Hello all. I am not a complainer, but I am a scrapbooker who would like some customer service here. I have emailed customer service each day this week ( this is Friday) and I get an auto reply that I will be contacted in 24 hours, although sbb advertises it is open through the week! I received one response from a real person on Monday stating she would check on my problem and get back with me when she heard. That's been 4 days ago. I also called a customer service number this morning, had to leave a message, and still no response. I guess I will go the weekend again with no one to help me.
My problem is, I placed two orders with SBB , one was three weeks ago, the other was 10 days ago. I requested CD burning service on each order and have yet to receive them. As a fellow scrapbooker you should know that waiting this long for a kit is next to torture.
I am writing on the forum with the hope of getting a live body to give me direction. Yes, my orders are paid for. I have dial-up service, high speed not avail in my rural area. Very frustrated.
I will probably feel really bad about all this complaining when I post this thread. I just wish someone would give me the status of my order.
