Any Progress on Comments Speed?

Is any progress being made on speeding up the leaving of comments in the gallery? I was once again trying to leave comments this morning and the first one just zipped through. The second one was a little sluggish, the third one was downright slow and the fourth one almost gave me time to go have breakfast! I've just about given up on giving comments and that makes me sad, since I know how much I appreciate receiving comments on my own layouts. This is getting very discouraging.

Hmmmm. I just wanted to say I'm not having any problems at all commenting. It is going fast for me. Faster than usual, in fact.

Wish I could say the same! And since it is happening both on my home computer and my office computer, I don't think it's a problem with my browser, computer, etc. And I don't have problems at any other sites, just here.

I'm still having trouble leaving comments too. I can literally type out a comment, hit post, then switch to another window and cruise some other sites for awhile before my comment will post. It's TERRIBLE! No matter what time of day too. I'd love to leave more comments, but don't have the hours to sit here and do it.

I wonder why mine is going so fast? I was just leaving love a bit ago and timed it and it only took about 8-10 seconds to leave a comment.

If you have a clear cache, you really shouldn't have troubles posting comments. I am using a crippled computer right now, and still have been able to post comments. One thing I do is open the layout in a new window or tab, but they still process very quickly.

Try logging out, clearing your history then log back in.

Been there, done that, still slower than a dead dog in the Texas heat.

I agree that I shouldn't be having troubles posting comments. But I clear my cache every night on my home computer, and my network administrator does the same on my computer at work. Doesn't help . And each comment gets progressively slower and slower .
