can't get to the gallery - SBB Digital Scrapbooking Forums | Scrapbook-Bytes

Does anyone have any suggestions for what else I can try to get into the gallery? Every link that I click on to try and get there sends me to the page that says this....

I have tried clearing my cache, temporary internet files, restarting the computer, using different browsers with NO LUCK!! I am really getting frustrated at this.

did you log out before clearing them out and then closing it and logging back in? What browser are you using? Can you post the link you are trying to get to it with?

I am having the same problem. I am using Mozilla Firefox. I've been mostly clicking in from emails I've received due to thread subscriptions. Even when I go to the main page and try to click through to the gallery, I get the error on the actual gallery front page. The page loads and you can see it for a second and then it changes to the error page.

try checking this for me....

go to:

C: > windows > system32 > drivers > etc

Open the file that says "hosts" with wordpad or a text editor

Next, tell me if it lists anything with "scrapbook-bytes" there?

how about your settings for javascript?

I think it's just my Mozilla settings or the Java settings for Mozilla. Internet Explorer seems to work just fine. I'll take another look and just use IE in the meantime.
