mabbts, sorry about the frustration. i'm a repeat customer in the store, and until this sale weekend, never got a single "corrupt" file message. it must have been the crazy volume in the store during black friday. amy is very quick about responding to customer service inquiries (within 24 hours) and resolving any problems. please email amy again and give her at least 24 hours, i'm sure she'll solve the problem.
mizgnomer, here's a message for you, if the file says "corrupt," then either there was some problem during the download (which downloading a second (or (third, sometimes) time should fix the problem or sometimes during compression (which requires a fix on the other side that may take a little more time).
if the file says it's unrecognizable, or something like that, then that requires an upgrade to a higher version of winzip, which you can get a trial version via a google or yahoo search. hth!
