Ok.. I see by the Announcements that it shipped, but I don't have it. I also recieved a nifty little gift code saying I had a layout published... but... the gift code didn't work. It said the code did not exsist.

As I look in my files, I realized I never recieved the October ezine either. My subscription is good til March 2006, I have the original emails to prove it. What do I need to do to get the links to the October and November ezines? I tried contacting customer support, and haven't heard back yet.... granted it's only been about 6 hours... but I wanna see my baby's face in the ezine!!! *S* so I'm getting a bit impatient! *S*

Let me know what I need to do!

Ok.. figured out the gift code thingy... was actually a coupon... took me a while to find the coupon box.... but I got that one, finally... just waiting for my order to be approved. I still don't have October though.

I had contacted customer service about Oct's E-zine too as I never received mine either... I was told that they should be sent out again as soon as the were uploaded to the store again... I would assume that since they are starting to show up back in the store we will receive ours soon... I'm pretty sure my last one was Oct's Issue though; still waiting to hear about that part... So I can't tell you if you should have Nov's except that I did see a post where she said they were going out. But maybe give the Oct one another few days... She's probably still catching up with everything.
