Can't see new posts in Gallery - SBB Digital Scrapbooking Forums | Scrapbook-Bytes

I am having a problem with seeing new posts in the Gallery. I can see new posts in the preview but when I go to the Gallery its the same layouts that have been there for about 2 weeks - its making me crazy. LOL! I also tried sending emails to customer service and admin and they have both bounced back.

Can someone please help me. I miss seeing everyones fabulous art.

I think there's a bug and for now we have to go to the upper right corner and sort by date (newest first). I'm sure it'll get fixed eventually so that it automatically sorts by date.

One problem I've encountered is that even if I do that, some of the layouts aren't actually the most recent. If you click on the layout to go into that person's gallery, you find out that there actually have been five or so LOs posted since the one that showed up in the gallery. It doesn't happen all the time, but I can't figure out the pattern of why it is happening.

Poor Amy! We keep finding all these bugs for her to deal with. We need an Orkin man! LOL.

I love this site so much that I'm willing to put up with the bugs, since I know Amy will get to it eventually. :-)

Yep- this has been a glitch for awhile for me. Yes Meg- an Orkin man would be nice- LOL!

I use the quick link at the top of the page:
"TODAY'S GALLERY POSTINGS"

I probably need to tell the default to sort by newest maybe? How long has it been that way gals?

Amy for me it's been like this since the server change. I did find that IF I do NOT click on the gallery link on the left side of the page and instead click on the "1 day" option under the 1st 3 gallery preview photos~I'll get all new lo's in the gallery. It's not too bad doin' it that way! When you do not only do you see all the newest postings but if someone has uploaded more than 1 lo, you'll see them all

Sometimes I miss pages when people upload more than 1 at a time.

I find that the quickest way to see all the new layout uploads is to go to quick links at the top of the page and click on Today's Gallery Postings. You will then get every layout uploaded for that day.(esp good when someone uplods more than one layout). NB Quick Links are not on the home page.

It's been that way for me since *before* the server change. When I clicked on the Scrapbook Bytes Member Gallery- and then "one day"- I would get what looked like the most recent layouts of members' *albums*! so I just clicked "one day" a second time- and then I would get that days layouts.

Sorry I never said anything back then- I hate to complain about *everything*!

Thanks ladies for the answer. Didn't dawn on me that they were alpha sorted instead by date.

Amy, newest would be nice....Thanks!! It's been that way since the change.
