THE STORE IS NOW OPENED!
We have reopened the store after 2 and half weeks of being lost including backups!
It's been a grueling 2 weeks and hope to never go through it again! Lots of new items are being added, a new format on the home page allowing a cusotmizable search by date added will be in place tomorrow..... Don't miss the new features if you are registered (which you do have to create a new account).... 1. Wish list 2. Buy Now, Add to Cart instantly 3. easier checkout procedure 4. New products will be added randomly by designers - therefore keep checking back!!! and more We'd love to hear your input on the store as well - please let us know!

It's great that the store is open, however, it will not accept my user name and password or my email. Do I have to re-register.

It's not accepting anything from me either.
I can't log in I can't register, form is all filled out correctly and it tells me that there are errors on the forum and it is not filled out...but I swear it is!! LOL Then I went to try and see if it would mail me my password and it says that it is not a vaild email address...I swear it is...hehehe But from what I can see it sure looks nice!!

I just made a BEELINE to the store to take advantage of Kim Christensen's sale -- love, love, LOVE her stuff and I figured it was a sign to go & buy some more of it!!!
(The new store is AWESOME, BTW!!!!) A few tips I learned the hard way: Yes, you need to re-register! And the gratification for downloads is not "quite" immediate. Orders take a little while (how long I have no idea, mine was about 20 minutes) to process. I assume to clear Paypal. So you may need to come back a bit later to download. Don't freak!! It will be OK!!! (I got an email confirmation stating "Your order has been initiated. You need to finish transaction before the order is placed for processing." By then, it was ready to DL.) If Amy or any other of the gals "in the know" want to comment, that would be great. And in your copious free time (HA!) a FAQ or some more Help documentation in the store would be a great help to those of us who were comfortable with the old Zen Cart system. Maybe this new SW has a pre-fabricated FAQ or something? Awesome job, ladies -- it's looking great over there. Time to give the Paypal account a workout!!
