HELP!!! Diamante can not access SBB? - SBB Digital Scrapbooking Forums | Scrapbook-Bytes

Hi everyone, Diamante contacted me and she has not been able to access SBB since last thursday evening. Does anyone have any more info for us to try and get her back online?
And if anyone know which Lori G. she is talking about let me know her screen name so I can PM her and see if she is able to access!!
I think Diamante is reaching the end of her patience!!! LOL

Yup I tried every thing in the book to get this poor machine to SBB. Emptied cookies, changed virus software (because that did just expire a couple days ago), disk clean up, shut the modem of and turned it back on, pressed the reset button, turned off the firewall for a moment, added the link to my allows list, everything. Although I think I will do a refrag tonight. I guess at least I'm have my pc in tip top shape. LOL
But I've also tried every single link and also one of yours that you just sent and nope still natta. It's still booting me off line. I am able to get everywhere else.
I know Lori G**d lives the next town over from me and wish I had her addy. That way I could see if maybe it's just in certain areas. Have you seen her on lately?
Do you know when the convention ends? I did tell the guy I was gonna call back by tuesday if I still couldn't get on. LOL This time though I'm really gonna be very persistent on them checking into it futher. LOL Better watch out for the girl who can't get to her scrapbooking site. LOL

Oh and another thing I usually use ie out of convience but I also have mozilla fire fox and that too does the same thing. But says the operation timed out. Hummm......

I am having the same problem on my computer at home. I am at work at the moment and can get on her quite easliy. I have got my husband at home as i type trying to do all the things that Diamante has done to see if it works. Doesn't sound like he is going to have much luck. I too am suffering withdrawals. I do hope that something can be done soon. Going out of my mind. HEEEEELP!!!

Perhaps many more SBB'ers are affected but can't get on to let anyone know.

Laurie, hehe can you image not being able to get on here for days!!! Talk about withdrawl!!
Thanks everyone and I will let Diamante/aka Lori know that others are experiencing this also!
I checked on Lori Gards post and I see that she is very active here in the forums!! LOL
I believe that there are many members who can not access the site...the only way we would know about Diamante is that I sent her an email during the BTS challenge and my email address was the only one she had...I am glad she contacted me, makes it so much nicer to be able to know someone that has access and can reply with some help!!

I had this happen once before with The Digi Chick. Everyone in the world could get there but me. Turned out to be a DNS problem on the site's end, but my ISP was able to help me fix it, once they narrowed down that that was the problem. May be something to look into.
