My daughter's not a member, but she checks in to look at my gallery ocassionally. She hasn't been able to get in for a few days. I know Kim Hill is still having problems also.

Don't we all just hate those people who goof with our daily activities and screw with out internet to promote/spam themselves!!
I agree with Amy, time for a dedicated secure server, in a steel and concrete building hehe.
$$$ ask more for the memberships!! This place is SSSooooooo worth it and then some!!

So glad that there is an explanation for the inability to get onto the site. Let's hope that it gets resolved quickly. I would gladly pay more for membership. This site is so worth it. It is such a huge part of my daily life. Well, i'll just have to content myself with just browsing from my work computer until all is well again. Funny was just thinking this morning that it sounds like certain IP's were getting blocked. just didn't make sense that others could get on.

Hope that all gets sorted soon and i'll wait patiently in anticipation.

Do a search with your ISP help website on Fix blocked IP address or google the same terms for help with this issue.
The problem has arisen due to the hacking of the server by someone who then ran SPAM scripts as detailed by Amy in the www.sbbteamupdates.com blog. Some ISP's then blocked the site as a SPAM source. SBB has very limted power to fix this problem on our end ..it needs to be resolved by your ISP so you may need to contact your ISP directly.

i had probs too... even spent 30 mins on the phone with my isp... they had me tweak tons of things in my tools/options but it seemed like it didn't work... then all of a sudden it did... not sure what i did, but i'm so thankful!!!

ACCESSING SCRAPBOOK-BYTES GALLERY & FORUMS
We have had much input from many members and design team that they are unable to access the main scrapbook-bytes.com site and/or forum & gallery. This has been discovered due to IP’s being blocked by the hosting company for some reason. As you can see above; we have had many issues with this provider and plan on moving this area of Scrapbook-Bytes from the current provider to our new hosting provider as soon as that server has been built and ready for data to be moved. Downtime should be very minimal for the gallery & forums.
