Exclamation SITE AND STORE ISSUES - IMPORTANT NEWS

SBB was told by her hosting company that the server which hosted the store had CAUGHT ON FIRE, along with its backups, so we will need to rebuild the store from scratch after the digital convention finishes this weekend. We have no current timeframe on how long this will take, but of course, we will do our best to get the store up as quickly as possible.

This morning, she received further notification that the gallery/forums server 'had been compromised' and had been temporarily taken offline. This is why you are receiving an error message when you try to access SBB.

Both of these issues are coming out of the hosting company, so right now, Amy does not have enough access or information to be able to work on these problems in addition to being in the midst of convention activities. Please let your SBB friends and other message boards know what the situation is and point them in the direction of www.sbbteamupdates.com if they want to keep updated on what is happening.

Please also note that this situation may also affect other areas of the site such as the Tutorials section as items are on multiple servers.

Thank you for your understanding

I just wanted to mention, I have talked to at least one person who hasn't been able to get into the site at all for days....I wonder what would cause that, since we can see it? Also might account for the slight drop in posting etc. Just thought I'd put that out there!

Over the past two - three weeks all three of the servers that SBB operates on have undergone maintenence. Unfortunately that interrupts and cascades all areas of the site an dthen Amy has to follow along and try and fix the areas that the server missed or mixed up ..like dead links etc , and now with the fire things are more complicated.
My only suggestion is as standard..clear out internet temp files, cookies and do a basic scandisk or clean disk operation, reboot and then try to access.
It also may depend on the ISP's ..ISP refresh just like servers etc do and some refresh regularly while some only once a week or more - iuf the ISP hasn't refreshed access will be limited. Try backdoor entries to ..if the home page wont come in try a direct layout or forum link or even google SBB and choose a link from there.
