please help with profile photo

When I post gallery comments, my old profile photo shows up even though I uploaded a new profile photo. When I look into my profile, it shows the new photo as the current one. Why does the new photo not show up with my comments?

Also, under my profile photo where it used to say "Registered User," it changed to "Junior Byter." I have no idea why. It makes me sound like a teenager. How did that change all by itself? I changed it but was just wondering where the Junior Byter came from.

Hi Leslie!

about the photo in the gallery... hold down the control key while pressing f5... that should then give you your new photo...we don't know why that happens...but that is the fix

About the junior byter...did you recently pay for membership? if so that is why it changed... the registered user is just for people who are not paid subscribers... when you pay then they give cool names for how many posts you make... it didn't mean that you were a junior...just that you were kinda new to SBB...the more you post, then the name changes...you can change it to anything you want... and it won't be changed until you change it

Hope This Helped you!

Do I hit ctrl-F5 while I'm in *edit profile picture?* I tried that, then hit save changes. I got "There has been an error in the upload..." Still don't have the new photo. I'm trying to get the same photo for profile as I do for my avatar.

Yes, I did just subscribe so that explains the junior byter. Thanks. It just feels funny being called junior at my age!

I think I'd rather be Junior Byter, mine used to say "Senior Byter" and I pictured my mom, who's a youthful 79!
