There is sometimes a delay in processing, due to the sheer number of members - in excess of 30,000 and only one person in the position to respond to customer service inquiries and admin - including subscriber memberships etc.
Your concerns have been noted however and will be looked at promptly. Suggestions and comments are always welcome so the service can be improved.
