Well I am glad this topic has come up. I just did the membership upgrade on Thursday and have not seen anything different yet either.
My coupon was old too. Thought that was a bit weird.

Another thing I thought was strange, was my membership upgrade CD( Download) was the same kit as when I bought the membership in December of last year?
I am wondering if my membership was really upgraded, or have I now just extended my membership time?
Hopefully on Monday or Tuesday I will be able to see something different in the download section.

Hmmm, Suzie you are confusing me. If you subscribed in December, then all you have done is extended your membership (?) Boy, the big confusion seems to be the difference between a member (anyone who gets a log in name and password) and a subscriber (someone who pays a fee and gets some extras for doing so). As far as I know you are either a member or a subscriber. I don't know of any "upgrade" per se. I thought that simply meant changing status from member to subscriber. Would be really a good thing if these two terms were used consistently everywhere.

Sounds to me as if you just extended your subscription, Suzie. If you already were a subscriber, you should have already had access to all of the downloads in the elements section. Therefore, if you had subscribed last December, then subscribed again (a membership upgrade) then you wouldn't see anything different because you were already a subscriber. It's as if you had a subscription to a magazine, then bought the subscription again, which would extend your subscription to the magazine.

I am confused by your coupon being old. What coupon?

I am glad that for most of you things have been sorted ..if at any time you are having difficulty with similar matters you can post in this thread or contact customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com

There is sometimes a delay in processing, due to the sheer number of members - in excess of 30,000 and only one person in the position to respond to customer service inquiries and admin - including subscriber memberships etc.

Your concerns have been noted however and will be looked at promptly. Suggestions and comments are always welcome so the service can be improved.

Mine's working now! I figured it was just a delay in processing, but was beginning to really wonder. And, just quickly glancing though all the "extras" for paid subscribers, wow, definitely worth it!
