New to Scrapbook-bytes. Need help with avatar.

I have uploaded to other places but I can't upload my avatar. I resized it 125 X 125 pixels. After my first 2 tries I resized it again to 124X124. It shows in the upload record but when I try to enter the page it says there's a problem with the upload. Please help me.

What am I doing wrong????
