I finally finished my darn kit (what a tale of woe, lol) and sent it over the July long weekend. Had to use GMail because the attachments were so large. I got automatic responses from the site for all five of the submissions so I know I send them to the right place.

But I saw the post by admin that any kits submitted during that time should be resubmitted. So, I resubmitted them. Did not get any automatic response for any of the resubmissions and now (a day and a half later), GMail is now telling me that they can't deliver them and have tried over the past day and a half but that they can't make the SMTP connection. I know that there was going to be some maintenance done but I notice that items have been added to the downloads gallery.

I don't want to keep sending this kit because it is huge but I would like it to be considered for uploading. Any help?

And here i thought it was just me! I had the same problems, so someone else emailed them for me (I really thought it was at my end). I guess we'll wait and see!

sorry gang.... we have someone checking into that mail - we moved that server to a more stable environment; you can go ahead until that is fixed resubmit to elements@scrapbook-bytes.com

The address I had saved and sent Yvettes files to was submissions@sbbelements.com
Did they get through or should I send them to elements@scrapbook-bytes.com ?

Kim,

I originally sent mine to submissions@sbbelements.com on July 1. They acknowledged reciept but something must have gone haywire because they requested a resubmit. I could not get them resubmitted to this address, couldn't connect with it although I tried repeatedly July 4-5.

So, I followed Amy's advice above and resubmitted tonight (July 6) to elements@scrapbook-bytes.com and I got acknowledgements of receipt. If I were you, I would resubmit. (love that these are going to the USA from Canada via Down Under! What a crazy brave new world).
