I just love these challenges even though they are wa--aaa---yyy out of my depth. It is great to have both the inspiration and the practice piece right in front of you.Artworks #36

I used 1adamo-pietro abstract n 6-2104
and used some old photos taken on the boat in 45-53 of
me and my family.
The quote is one my father lived by.
"To reach a port we must sail, somethimes
with the wind, and sometimes against it.
But we must not drift or lie at anchor."
from Oliver Wendell Holmes.

I used 2 of the backgrounds.
1- was the background which I knocked out areas
for the photos
2- overlay on top at 40% opacity. The photos were sepia toned.

My font was ghostwriter.
