How Do You Load Your Own Texture?

How do you LOAD your own texture in PSCS. I looked everywhere and can't find it.

It will depends on how you want to use the texture....
With the Layer Style or Filters, you will have to load it from the dialog box
otherwise... you can simply open it as a file.
