I have seen really cute graphics with a glass dome look to them? Does anyone know how to do this in Photoshop or DIP?

if you are talking about picture pebbles or those flat marbles i very tediously painted mine in photoshop. it took a long time to get it just right. you can download them at about.com as well id you don't want to make your own. but all it was was paint and a bit of drop shadown it's all an illusion to look like 3d see through glass
