Other than the ones you've listed I also use cmd + option (ALT) + N = new document using the last document size

Cntrl+Click between the layers in the palette to create a clipping mask
Cntrl+Alt+Z to undo
Shift+Alt+Z to redo
Cntrl+E to merge down
D to set default foreground and background colors
X to switch default foreground colors
Alt Click on Layer Mask to view mask
Shift Click on Layer Mask to hide mask
Cntrl+F to repeat filter
Cntrl+H to hide/show selection selection
Cntrl+S to save
Cntrl+X to cut
Cntrl+C to copy
Cntrl+V to paste
Cntrl+; to show/hide guides
Cntrl+' to show/hide grid

That's all I can think of right now. I didn't realize how much I use them.

I use most of the ones on this PDF file here: Adobe Photoshop Keyboard Shortcuts | Trevor Morris Photographics

as well as the extras setup in the shortcuts file... plus, I have my own special shortcuts setup to perform multiple steps using actions... saves a ton of time!

Is there a list of similar shortcuts for PSE? I'd love to learn a few

A lot of those work in PSE, too (I just recently began using PS CS3 after using PSE for a while).

The only other shortcut I can think of that I use all the time is using the scroll function on my mouse to zoom in and out.
