Photoshop CS

Hey Ladies (and Gent - Denis?!?!?!)

Anyway... I've got PS 7 now but have the chance to spend some xtra $$$ on something for our new computer.....

We've just bought a new printer... PRINTS 12 X 12... yahooo!!!!!
A new awesome scanner, digital camera, a tablet .... I love it all

and now I want new software.... I have PS 7 and want to know what you've all heard about PS CS .... If any of you have it too...

Is it worth it??!?!

I'm planning on expanding my business... I started off doing murals and interior decorating for kids rooms but now have had some requests for digital work too - I can't believe it!!!

Anyways, any help or advice would be great!!!

You can download a fully working CS from Adobe's website. I works for 30 days.

I've been using it for about 10 days and I'm going to buy it.
One of my favorite new features is the "text on a curve".
Another nice item is a new "Photo Filter" adjustment. You can apply camera type filters to images in a snap.
There are more new features, and if you visit their site, there are a few different ways to view them.

I always would recommend that anyone who has the opportunity (and money) to get Photoshop. There isn't anything you can't do.

there is so many new features but many of them are not noticeable on the surface.
My favorite stuff so far:
Text on a curve (finally)
Color Match
Photomerge
Layer Comps
Shadow/Highlight Adjustment (for quick fixes)
RAW support

Take a look at

for some of CS's lesser known features. My dh gave it to me for Christmas and I just love it!
Take care, Meryl
