CS3 content

I get confused reading the description of CS3 and its components. Can anyone tell me if CS3 has a photo organizer like PSE? If not, what do you use to organize your photos?

Photoshop CS3 includes Bridge.. but Bridge isn't really a photo organizer but more of a browser where you can add metadata.. but it is not a searchable photo organizer. Photoshop CS3 has features that PSE does not at a premium in cost comparison. Ideally, you'd use a dedicated catalog program along with CS3 for photo editing... Picasa is free and not a bad choice for basic stuff..

I use ACDSee to organize all my photos and scrapbooking supplies - it is WONDERFUL! You can get it in our store here: http://scrapbookbytes.com/store/digi...management.htm

I use Bridge. Works well for my situation. In Bridge, you can also Label your photos and rate them (1,2,3,etc), or give them colored stars and you can stack groups of photos. You can search your photos Edits>Find, or Control F and search for photos by a number of different criteria's : file name, date taken, size, description, etc, etc.

and Bridge on CS3 i ssooo much better than in CS2 - you can keyword and serch by those keywords as well as a number of other filters so works well for scrapping as well as photos - but I still prefer ACDSee for scrapping stuff
