Maybe this has been shared already..... such a cool find!

When I was at the North West Digiscrapper retreat this spring a couple gals pointed this out to me. I have always (ALWAYS) scrapped with a notepad sitting next to me (to jot down credits), until the last couple weeks when I thought I'd take their advice. I'm sure many of you already know this, and maybe one of the PS experts has already pointed it out here at SBB and I missed it, but there is a feature in Photoshop (under File-File Info) where you can record all your copyright info. You can keep track of all the credits for everything you use as you scrap. For me this is a timesaver because I love to mix and match many designer's goodies, and because it takes me sometimes days to finish a layout. All you have to do when you go to post the layout is open that "file info" and copy and paste into the gallery upload. What a great feature. I can't believe I've never known about or used this before!

very good tip! I was using the note tool instead. With the file info, it looks like you can actually do a search from the browser.
very cool!

Hmmm, I use the same method - notebook and pen handy to jot down everything. I then type into word and save. Believe I will have to check out this new tip. Thanks!

I use WORD...b/c I also journal there and also have other info if I'm doing it for a challenge or something. But after my LO is done, I do C&P into the File Info section lol. I also right-click on the JPG, go to Properties and save it in there...I think it's the Summary section.

I will have to try this. It sounds pretty neat. Now I put all my layout info on its own layer which is hidden. As I save each layer in psd format, I always have all the info.

Thanks for the tip
