I'm ***uming your using the shape tool (I think I remember seeing a line there!) I think that if you rasterize it...it goes away. I always just use the eliptical marquee and hold down the shift button to make a perfect circle. Much easier!

Okay it's official! I'M A COMPLETE NOODLE! I didn't realize that as soon as I changed to a different layer the line goes away. To enlighten you I have been trying to use the ellipse tool under shapes. I did try your idea Amanda, using the elliptical marquee but just couldn't get it to work? What am I doing wrong? I draw the circle, and try to fill with a colour and it won't fill.

Anyway, thanks for you responses - No wonder you were confused!

You can't use the elliptical marquee? It won't fill? Is it on its own layer? I don't know why it wouldnt' work for ya!

Try making your circle with the marquee on a new layer, ALT+Backspace to fill foth foreground colour, Ctrl+backspace for background. See if this works............ take care, meryl
