Quick question from a newbie, does anyone here know where there is a tutorial or an action to create scalloped edges around a photo like they were in "the olden days"?

I have been searching the web but haven't had any luck yet.

I know I have seen this action somewhere, but, at the time didn't think much about needing it.

I just want it for a personal project that is bouncing around in my head!
