After much searching--I have found a great photoshop training site at www.vtc.com and just wanted to share it in case any one else has been looking....

So far it is awesome and affordable...you can take as many or as few tutorials as you like, it is done like you are in a cl***room with an online movie and step by step instructions...they have basic photoshop tutorials, advanced tutorials and design tutorials...it is $25 a month for unlimited access...but to me so worth it...they have tutorials for all different programs too....

They offer free sample tutorials to see if you would like it beofre buying which is also great!

ONE THING I LEARNED already which I love!!!!

type in a font
layer a pattern over it
hit CTRL+G

The pattern will fill the font automatically!!!!! (works with shapes too----)

A few months ago I was asked to teach someone how to Computer-Scrap. They had photoshop and so they wanted to learn on that program. Well at that point I had never even seen photoshop! I found out about these tutorials and did a few of the free ones...it was enough to atleast get me familiar with the basic functions of the program.
