so shellyrae, would you use them? i'm a relativly new designer whos just got her own shop and i'm just wondering cuz theres some great stuff there that i'd love to use. what would your oppinion be on using them?

I've emailed the admin at that site asking for a definitve answer to whether or not we can use them for commerical use in making digi scrappin stuff. I'll post their answer when i get one. i sure hope its a yes. lol.

at the very bottom of the liscene it says it is not allowed to be used for commercial use

You can put your favorite brushes in a separate folder, or just rename them (ie, rename foo.abr to UseThis_foo.abr).

I just got an email back from the man who created it and here is waht he said

Yes, that would be completely alright, and a link would be fine,
thanks.
The terms protect the actual program from being sold, however, the
contents of the program may be used for profit if you request my
permission, and I thank you for doing that. So you can go ahead and use
the brushes and everything at your own will, just don't go around
selling the actual program :-P . Have a good one.
