Not sure about PS but you can download free screenshot programs. I use MW Snap available here and SR uses Screenhunter 4 available here . Both are very good programs. MW Snap has a few extras including the ability to add cursors and borders.

a quick way to do a screen shot if you have Photoshop or Elements -- use your printscreen button (make sure you screen looks exactly as you want it first -- nothing extra highlighted etc). Then do file -- > new --> image from clipboard and it will paste in your screenshot. In other programs, you may be able to use a CTRL+V to paste it into a blank document. HTH
