Can anyone point me to a basic tutorial on writing scripts for photoshop? Prefer CS, in whatever is easiest to run from inside photoshop! I've seen the scripting guides in the install directory - and I'm getting the impression the only thing that really runs from inside photoshop is javascript? Is this right?

thanks for that trese - I saw that one earlier. I'm looking for something more on the actual writing of the scripts themselves. basic things like does photoshop have its own editor/debugging environment, cuz I'm not seeing one! and advantages/disadvantages of using the various languages...
