I am new to scrapbooking and never done any of the challenges, this sounds very interesting and i would give it a shot!!!!

I am so excited!! My books just arrived. I don't know if I can wait until June to start cooking. LOL

I just got my shipment notice from Amazon, I should have them by the 25th! Have you paged through them yet Nancy? What are they like??

I've only had time to quickly flip through them. We are doing the photography and video for a wedding today, and yesterday we had the rehearsal and dinner, so I've been concentrating on that. But by this evening that will be done and I can dig into the book. They look great so far though - bright living color, and I did notice in the front of the book that they encourage to skip around through the recipes - my kind of book!!

LOL, my kind of book too! I can't seem to read from front to back without skipping around.

What was the second book that you got? I got a different one than I wanted :O I looked at the deal with both books and was browsing around and then went back and just clicked on the buy both and the second book had changed...lol It is one that I had on my wish list for later, so it isn't so bad! I wanted the Photo Effects one, but ordered the Fine Art Effects.

It was a "bundle" offered by Amazon, so in addition to the Blending ModesCookbook, I also got Photo Effects Cookbook. On a preliminary flip-through it looks just as promising.
