Tutorial on creating actions to save multiple copies of your LO's

I typed up a tutorial last night on how to use a PS Action to save multiple copies of your layouts. I keep 3 copies of every layout I make:
1. the PSD in case I want to make changes
2. the flattened high-res version for printing
3. a web version for sharing.
I created an action so when I hit shift-f3 it automatically creates and saves all 3 of these layouts.
Anyway, I thought it would be helpful for other people as it's my favorite trick! Am I allowed to post a link to it here?

Jen- what a fabulous trick! I never would have thought to do that even though I love making actions for things like that. Why don't you host it on your blog and post it in the blog freebie area. That way you're following the rules about posting stuff like that.

OMG - that would be FANTASTIC!

Is there a link to the tutorial, or can we actually download the actual action? (how weird does that sound?)
