There are many ways to create this look.. different layers and blending modes. Sorry I don't have a tutorial for you

On the layers palette at the top where you see the word "normal", click on the arrow to see the different blending modes! You can duplicate a layer 2 or more times and then experiment with the different blending modes and also vary the opacity of the layers.

Lots of times you find something that looks really cool just by accident LOL!

blends seem to be hot in photography right now. Im aware of someone selling tutorials and brushes/overlays but i haven't bought them (yet) cause I figure i "ought" to know how on my own (lol) but although i have tons of experience with blending modes, i still can't replicate what i've seen online... so i might just have to shell out the $$$$$! let me know if you figure it out before i part with my cash.

Yup Wendy.... I think i might know who you are thinking of. If it's the same peep, she just raised her tutorial, brushes, textures, and whatever else to $99. I just can't shell that out for a tutorial????? So ima try to figure it out i guess.... sigh....

and practice practice practice.... i did run a search and found SOME... but really they just aren't cutting it.... I think alot of this blend stuff is laying with different blending modes and brushes.... I don't care much about blending one photo into another, which is what i am finding.

Can you guys throw up some of the links you've found?

I can't find the promo for $50, and really thats still a little too much for me. esp when i wanna use it for mainly scrapping....? I might get a couple clients that would like it on their photos, but i really just wanna use it for my scap stuff....
