Drawing a straight line in PSCS2...

I finally loaded up my new PSCS2 and can't figure out how to draw a straight line with the brush or pencil. In PSCS I could hold down the shift key and drag my brush and get a perfect line. This doesn't seem to work in PSCS2. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a new way to do this?

A very easy way to draw a straight line is to use your pen too. Make the line then go to your paths but first have your brush selected and sized accordingly. Now just hit stroke path with brush which is the second circle icon at the bottom of the palette. And wallah you should have your straight line. Its sounds harder then it is but once you do it you'll never forget. LOL

Thanks Lori! I do know how to use the pen tool, but just don't use it often enough. I have a new computer and my keyboard doen't have a light that shows when the cap locks are on and I am always hitting that when I go to shift. Anyway I did get it working.

For line, lines....I just like using the Line Tool or the way Lori mentioned. Fun, fun....seems like there are always 2 or 3 or more ways to do everything.
