Please help! I can't get out of Editor.
Can someone help me? I keep booting up Photoshop Elements 3 so I can make a layered page. But when I press "Start from Scratch" to get going, it keeps putting me in Editor (ie, no layers available, and only 4 tools in the toolbar). How do I get to the standard page where I can build a project with layers? Thanks.

I think you're just in 'quick fix' mode.
Ont he top right hand side, under where you can type in a question for help, you choose standard edit or quick fix. Try just clicking on standard edit. HTH.
