Color changer ?

A very basic question. In PSP there is a color exchanger and it is so simple to use. Is there such a thing in PS? I've tried looking it up in my books and Help, but can't find the key words to use in order to find it. Thanks for the help!!

Do you mean replace one colour with another? If so, it is under "image/adjustments/replace colour..."

Well!! So much for what I know! I looked at this last night when tired, haven't had a chance yet today, but "simple"--I don't think so!! I could not figure it out last night. Will get into my PS books today and see if I can. Is anything simple in this program??

I am rolling on the floor laughing Betty Jo. Don't shoot the messenger, lol. Heartily agree that nothing is simple about this program (sometimes that makes me feel better about spending the $1000 Cdn it cost with taxes and all I will take a quick peek but seems to me I don't ever use it, I tend to use colourise instead.

I have looked at this topic and am laughing at myself because the colour replacer actually uses the colourization command so it is six of one and half a dozen of the other. Betty, the real clue here is masking and how PS makes selections. If you are having trouble with it, let me know and maybe I can help you crack this.

Now you've got me cracking up too!! I'll have to play with it tomorrow, haven't had the time today. Had an on-line digi card class and also having problems with a LO I've been working on for a couple of days.

I'll post that problem as another thread in case someone else is having the same! Will get back to this color thing soon!!

Thanks bunches!!!!!
