Just started using Photoshops cs. Made my first LO last night, but I wanted to rotate my tags and didnt know how. Any help here? Also, how do I make my tag bigger?

With ctrl + T you activate the free transform tool. You can rotate by using the handle that comes up moving over a corner or by entering the angle in the tool options bar.
You can also enlarge then by just dragging a corner. If you hold shift while you do that, it enlarges proportionally.
