Press the Printscreen button to take a screen shot. Press Alt-Printscreen to take a screen shot of only your active window. Then you can just paste it into a new document.

Can you tell me what is better about it? I'm new to the whole PrintScreen thing. Actually, the first time I had heard of it was somewhere here on SBB. How is it more useful than pressing the print screen on my computer?
