I have found a great site for clip art and it has vector files. All the programs do not work with this. Does anyone know of a good, easy program t use for these. I am trying Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator, they just seem so confusing (and expensive)

Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop also does vectors. Photoshop "defers" to Illustrator for the hard stuff, PSP is a little better at handling them.

Vectors can be confusing, but once you get a feel for how to manipulate the handles, it's not so bad.

Why can't you use them as they are? If you're using PSE or something that can't use vector images, you can convert them to PNG or JPG in Draw and just load them in as clipart.
