HELP....I have tried to post 2 of my "newbie" layouts and I get responses saying that my files are too big.

I am using PE2. I save my original file in layers, come back and open it up, flatten and then "Save for Web." I am selecting LOW.

What am I doing wrong or leaving out?

I find the easiest way in PSE is to flatten all layers, then go to image size and change it to 72 dpi and about 6" tall. Then do a "save as" .jpg and adjust the compression down until it is less than 125K. HTH!
