I started with 3 then 5. Looks like most of us skipped right over 4 to 5. For those of you who upgraded to 6, how do you like it compared to your earlier version. Trying to decide if it's worth the upgrade.

I downloaded a trial and just ordered version 6. One big plus is that it gives you more control over shadows. There are also add'l photo fix tools, similar to those in PSCS. The one thing that will take some getting used to is the black interface - especially on the laptop monitor - wonder whose brilliant idea THAT was.

I really wanted a copy of version 5 but I've had a lot of trouble locating a legit copy of it.

I have PSE6...I had PSE4. I loved my 4 version but it was a big jump to 6. Once I got use to the screen being blackish/dark gray I fell right into the program and love it. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. A designer would be more at knowing the difference then I an amateur scrapper. Yes! the big plus is that it gives you more control over shadows.
