PSE 6.0 - watched folders?

I just got 6.0 and its not automatically adding new items in watched folders. Anyone else have this problem (and if so, have you solved it and how?)

did you have PSE5.0 earlier? Have you imported your 5.0 catalog into 6.0 or is this the first time you are using PSE?
