Guides in PS Elements

How do you get your guides to appear in elements? I leave a border around my page for printing and I like to use guides.

Im not sure about guides in PSE - I know you can show a grid in PSE View> Grid.
In photohsop you can get the guides up in the same way View> Guides and create new guides so maybe that would help?

VIEW>GRID

Menu at the top of the screen. Go to "VIEW" "Grid" is about 8 down from the top. I use grids and the cursors for fine tuning.

I often just create a layer and draw guides in if I need to. Not as handy as PS but does the trick. Snap to grid helps at times too. Becky excuse my ignorance but what/who are Grant tools?

Grants Tools are a set of PSE Actions that give you a bunch of extras like guides, layer masks, selective color, alignment tools and more. It's totally free - you gotta try it if you have PSE.
