When I'm in Organizer and I move a photo from one file to another using the move command every other photo now shows its location as the one I just moved to. They are still in their original files but if I click on the move command with another photo it shows its location as the last file moved to. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hmmm. This sounds wrong. What version are you using? Have you done a File->Catalog->Recover lately?
