I am wanting to make a fiber strand but not for sure where to begin at,

I use PSE 5

Would you mind sharing how to make a fiber strand please. . . I'm a newbie and can't seem to find the tutorials needed for 5.0 when I need them..... thanks!

A lot of the Photoshop tutorials will work with PhotoShop Elements.
Creating fibers is usually about finding a suitable brush and then apply layer styles
Serena has a fiber pack which includes the brushes and styles in her store HERE

Ill add the idea for a tutorial on making them to my list

Here is a tutorial for fibers in PSCS3 - *NEW you should be able to adapt to PSE5

WOW Shellyrae! Thank you for another great tut. Worked perfectly. I'm amazed at how quickly you put these great tuts together when someone is in need. I've never made one of these myself and enjoyed doing the tut. (for some reason, clicking on download the pdf didn't work, but I'll try again later today)
