I have PSE3 and have used psd layered templates several times with no problems. I purchased some Lie Fhung's torn/frayed templates and something strange is going on and I can't figure it out! I have e-mailed Miss Fhung and she responded right away! She referred me to a tutorial that was no help, but she does not have PSE3, so I'm coming here for help! When I open the PSD file in PSE3, in the Layers Pallet, there's a folder next to the file name and then a pencil with a line through it at the far right. When I point the mouse to the folder it says "indicates a layer set" -- I cannot double click this to "open" -- hope someone out there can understand my ramblins'!

That is probably the problem - if it was created in Photoshop and layer sets were used, those are not supported in Photoshop Elements. I would email Fhung and see if she can send you a copy of the template without using the layer sets.

Layer sets are very useful for organizing things and I use them all the time but they are not supported in Photoshop Elements.

Thanks a lot to Linda for the explanation and to Debby to ask the question .

I have removed the Set Layer and re-packed then re-uploaded all my Folds Layered Templates. So if you are a PSE user and you got the Layered Templates as Single Layers instead of Multiple Layers as they should, then you will need to re-download the file(s) by log-in to your account at SBB Store and go to your Orders History.

Affected Products:
1. Frayed Folds Layered Templates
2. Pinked Folds Layered Templates

Those whose Download Links have expired, please kindly e-mail me your Order ID Number so that I can manually re-generate your download links.

My apology for any inconvenience caused. Let me know if you encounter any problems or simply have some questions. Thank you very much for your understanding and continuing support .

Those who purchased the PNG version don't need to re-download as the layers are provided as separate individual PNG files.
