Question

Bend It Photo Frames

Hi!
I recently purchased Debbie Knorr's Bend It frames. I can't fingure out how to place my picture into the frame so that it fills the black layer appropriately. Can anyone help? I'm using PSE 4.0 on Mac. Thanks!
