Saving elemnts for upload!!

Hi!! I put this here b/c I use PSE3, but it really is not a "program" question.

I have made a kit (papers and elements) that I would like to share (maybe in the future) but I have no idea how to save it for an upload???

I have searched and searched, but have not found anything to help me. So maybe some here can. I thought at one time I saw a tutorial about this but I can't find it now. Or maybe someone has already seen this posted and can direct me to that post.

Thanks a ton!!!!

Not sure if you are looking for file format info, or how to submit to SBB? Here is the latest info I found on submitting kits...

Thanks Arti that was the tutorial I had seen. But I guess first I need to know how to save them on my hard drive (for easier grouping) in a zip file. I know in PSE3 there are "several" ways to save a finished product.

When I am saving them for personal use (just to be used by me) I save a PSD copy and a jpg copy (so I can flip through them without opening PS). Thanks for helping!!!!

Elizabeth,
First you will need to create a folder for the kit. Then, save each element as a .png file and each paper as a .jpg file. When saving them, save them to the new folder that you created. After you save all the files you will need to make sure they are all named correctly, and that you have included your Terms of Use and Sample files. When you have completed all that you can then zip the file and submit it to SBB.
Hope this helps.

Hi Elizabeth
Papers should be saved as jpg's while any element requiring transparency should be saved as a png.

Submission requirements have recently changed so make sure you check what is needed.Basically just place everything in one parent file which you zip

hth

I've been saving mine as non-interlaced .png files.
