Saturate part of a photo in PSE4?

As has been said many times before, I may be smart and good with software, but this program keeps stumping me! I figured out how to add color to part of a picture (by actually overlaying a photo with no saturation, then painting in black to show the color below), but the color is still pretty weak in one part (it's the cliched coloring the eyes thing), but just right in the other. I can't figure out how to increase the saturation of just the one eye without making the other look odd. Is there a way?

I would do as Shelley said and select it. Also the other way to do color with blk/white is to make the top layer blk/white and the bottom layer color. Then select and delete the areas you want color by using the wand or eraser.
