Plugin for photo mosaic

Does anyone know where I can find a plugin to split a photo into several 'mosaic' type pieces - similar to the one shown in this link?

A friend mentioned that she had seen one, once upon a time, but couldn't remember where.

Thanks - (just discovered this site and am having a field day on my week off :-)! )

I think there was an overlay in the download gallery at some point. But if you want to try something a little fancier, Panos Efstathiadis at panosfx has a free "mosaic effect" action, that breaks apart the picture into squares and puts a bit of shadow behind each one etc. He also has one called "The Big Picture" that turns one big picture into a bunch of separate pictures that you can tilt in different directions.

That wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but there were some other nice actions there. The Big Picture was close to what I was looking for and the Puzzle Effects were nice. Here is a link to how to add actions in Photoshop Elements. I'm using 4.0 and had no problem running the Puzzle Effects (I got an error about an unknown cmd, but the picture came out fine). Thanks.

Theresa,
Here's the grid overlay in the gallery, in the Overlays section, by Erica Murphy:
