Will someone help me with PSE 2.0?

I am pulling my hair out over this stupid PSE 2.0.

I've uninstalled it and then restarted my computer and then reinstalled it, but the same darn things keep going wrong.

First, I have no pull down bar for my fonts, font sizes or font colors. I have the side bar to choose to write text, but it's only one size. How can I get the font options to show up.

Also, how can I get the darn clipboard option to go away? For some odd reason my son's title to his school report is on the clipboard. I can't get it to delete.

Now when I start the PSE 2.0 program it's only offering me this thin bar as an option to make my page. It's the same size as that darn title to my son's report.

Can anyone help me? Seems like my luck. I have the entire afternoon to work with this to get some holiday things done, but all I'm doing is a bunch of nothing.

I hope someon can help me.

Hi there! I use PSE 2.0 and love it. I plan on upgrading to 4.0 sometime soon, but so far 2.0 has been good to me.

As far as you first problem about the text pull down, try this. Pull down the "Windows" drop down menu from the toolbar at the top of your screen. Make sure the "Options" is checked. If it is not select it and a check should appear to the left of the word "Options". This should fix it.

I'm not sure about your second issue. Hopefully, one of the PSE gurus around here will have some help.

i use PSE 2.0 & 4.0....
you could possibly just have a random computer virus....

try running a virus scan....THEN uninstall then reinstall...

other then that, i have no idea what the problem could be

Did Misty's suggestion re: the option toolbar help? That was going to be my suggestions. I'm not sure why you continue to have something on the clipboard after closing and restarting the program.

Let us know how you're doing!
