I'm new to this stuff... been doing digital lo's for 3 years 'cus I don't like the paper mess. I was using MS Publisher and PowerPoint before I found you guys.

Now I need findout which version of PSE I have on my Dell? How do I do that?

feel a bit dumb, but I'm smart enough to ask!!
Thanks

Hi Nova,
You should be able to open up PSE and then in the Help Menu at the top, you should see About Photoshop Elements... . Click that, and it should tell you what version it is. I have version two, and it says so right when I open it up.

Yes, that's what I do (except I have PS CS, so I use a Guide -- not sure if you have those in PSE. But I used to use a pencil line in PSP).

Thanks Ladies:
When I open up the "about" menu it simply says Adobe Photoshop Elements -- I would guess that means I have the first version, which would explain why I can not find a pen icon! Oh well, guess I'll ask for an upgrade for Christmas! Thanks again
